   - To be eligible for a return, the patio furniture must be in its original condition, undamaged, and free from signs of wear or use. It should include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

 - If patio furniture arrives and has manufacturing defect or is missing parts than the patio furniture is covered under warranty and a replacement or issue of mising parts will be provided. 

1. Timeframe:

   - You have 30 days from the original date of purchase. After this period, we may not accept returns for patio furniture.

1. Proof of Purchase:

   - A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

1. Return Process:

   - The patio furniture must be returned to our store or designated return facility within a reasonable time frame after receiving the return authorization number.

   - Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified.

   - If you opt for an exchange, we will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement based on availability and price differences, if applicable.

1. Exceptions and Special Cases:

   - Clearance or final sale patio furniture are not be eligible for return and are final sale.

   - Returns of assembled or installed patio furniture may be subject to a restocking fee.
